What if I need to cancel or reschedule?


Login to view your bookings, cancel, or reschedule.




Do I have to be home?


No! We can clean with OR without you present. Please be sure to leave us clear entry instuctions.




Can I change the frequency of my cleans?


Yes! Simply let your cleaner know. This WILL affect the total price of your cleans.




What supplies do you bring?


We Bring A Vacuum Cleaner, Mop, Cloths, Brushes, Cleaning Solutions, etc... Click here for a full list of equipment and supplies.




Is Dust Bust Eco-Friendly?


Yes! We use plant-based, pet-friendly, plastic-saving materials and supplies.




Do you accept cash or check?


Yes! Make checks payable to Dust Bust Inc. Please don't forget sales tax!




What's considered a "Living Space"?


A Living Space includes: Offices, Foyers, Dens, Living, and Dining rooms. -Any room or section of your home that is NOT a bedroom, bathroom, or kitchen.




Is there Auto-Pay?


Yes! Pay your first invoice, and all future cleans will be automatically billed on your service day.

For your health and safety, we: -Wear a mask, gloves, and wash our hands frequently -Monitor our health daily with a thermometer
-Disinfect all frequently touched surfaces -Disinfect all supplies before and after each clean
-Will never send more than one (1) Pro to your home We provide each Pro with: -Masks & Gloves -Thermometer -70% Isopropyl Alcohol -Hand Sanitizer & Soap





Safety and Trust

Do you comply with OSHA regulations?


Yes! We provide thorough training, personal protective equipment, and a safe working environment for each of our DustBust Pros.




What if the time estimate is wrong?


We give ample time to our Pros to get the job done right. Your Pro will continue to clean up to 30 mins past your estimated service time. Should your Pro need more time, they will contact you to discuss how much overtime is needed and payment options. We will not continue to clean without your prior consent.




Will I get the same cleaner every time?


If you choose a recurring plan, we will try our best to send the same Pro to all of your cleans. Our Pros are human though, so sometimes we will send in an alternate Pro to make sure your clean is finished on the date and time you select.




Are your cleaners vetted?


Yes! Each of our pros go through a rigorous hiring process. This includes screening, background checking, and on-site training.





Pricing and Policies

What are your limitations?


We are unable to clean excessive clutter or hoarding situations, climb on ladders above 2 steps, or move anything that weighs more than 30 pounds.




What are your Add-On Prices?


Furry Friends (Pet Hair Clean-Up): $20 / Shedding Pet Inside Fridge: $30 / Fridge Interior Windows: $10 / Room Polish Hardwood: $10 / Room Inside Oven: $30 / Oven Wash Linens: $20 / Load Clean Dishes: $20 / Load Dust Blinds: $10 / Room Steam Carpets: $40 / Room




How soon can you get here?


We offer FREE next-day booking to all of our clients. If you are interested in same-day booking, please give us a call at (646) 948-2020 to check for availability. All accepted same-day bookings will inquire a $40 surcharge.




Do you guarantee your work?


Yes! We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee with all of our clients. If your home isn't to 100% of your standards, let us know within 24 hours, and we will send a Pro back to your home FREE-OF-CHARGE. Simply let your cleaner know, click the 'We Guarantee' link in the footer, the orange chat bubble, or give us a call at (646) 948-2020. We're here to help.
